By facing a situation of great staff tournover in this period, we reacted and found as a solution to open a secondary office to facilitate the recruitment of the necessary professionals.

Targoviste is a city about 80 km from Bucharest with its own university with the faculties necessary for us and was chosen as a place to give a local opportunity by favoring the staff and relieving them of the inconveniences generated by the distance.

We have a growth plan up to 40 engineers for this office.
